Welcome to Omania Tours & Travels Private Limited. By booking any of our travel services—including tour packages, visa assistance, flight bookings, hotel reservations, or transportation—you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Omania Tours.
Depending on the service type, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices may vary based on currency fluctuations, seasonal demand, or supplier changes.
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or any other method accepted by Omania Tours.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and official confirmation is issued.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing/administrative fees.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
No-show: No refund.

Company Cancellation

If Omania Tours & Travels cancels a tour/package due to operational issues, low participation, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative arrangement of equal value (subject to customer acceptance).

Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
Payment gateway charges or bank fees are non-refundable.

3. Travel Documentation

Travellers must ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other required documents.
Omania Tours provides visa assistance but is not responsible for visa rejections or delays by consulates/embassies.
The company is not liable if a customer is denied boarding or entry due to incomplete/invalid documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

Omania Tours strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Accidents or natural calamities
The traveller is responsible for understanding the insurance terms and coverage.

5. Liability & Responsibilities

Omania Tours acts as an intermediary between travellers and independent service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and activity operators.
We are not responsible for:
- Injuries, losses, damages, or accidents that occur due to third-party services
- Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
- Changes in hotel or airline policies
Any disputes or service issues related to third-party providers must be addressed directly with the provider.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to any traveller who behaves inappropriately or violates safety rules.

6. Amendments & Changes

Omania Tours may modify itineraries, hotels, transport arrangements, or schedules due to operational needs, weather issues, or supplier changes.
Significant changes will be communicated to the traveller as early as possible.
Any additional costs due to traveller-requested changes will be borne by the traveller.

7. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
Political unrest, war, or terrorism
Strikes or labour disputes
Epidemics or pandemics
Government restrictions or changes in travel regulations

No refunds or compensation will be provided in such situations unless specified by the supplier.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from bookings or services will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
